For wedding clients, this means a collaborative design process and a floral plan created specifically for your celebration. For planners and creative partners, this means having a floral designer who can step into your vision, bring our own perspective to the table, and carry the floral design thoughtfully from concept through installation. Our full-service experience is designed for couples who want a deeply considered floral environment rather than a collection of individual arrangements. We work with you and your planning team to develop a cohesive floral direction and carry it throughout the celebration, from the first impression to the final table. Your floral design may include ceremony installations, reception florals, tablescapes, personal flowers, architectural installations, candles, vessels, and other details that help the environment feel complete. Full-service design is intentionally a bespoke offering. Each proposal is built around your celebration, venue, season, guest count, and overall scope.

Partial-service is best suited to intimate weddings, elopements, private celebrations, or projects where you'd like us to focus our attention on a particular part of the day. Rather than choosing from a set menu, we'll create a curated floral plan around what matters most to you, whether that's an abundant ceremony arrangement, a beautiful dinner table, personal flowers, or another focal point. This offer includes a consultation call, custom four-page design proposal, one-month check-in call, floral sourcing from our field and local growers, delivery & setup.

Our flower farm is one of the most personal parts of our practice. Whenever the season and timing allow, we offer custom farm plans, where we cultivate flowers specifically for your wedding day. It might be a particular variety, a color story, or simply an abundance of something that feels right for the setting. We also work closely with nearby farms and fellow growers to source what we cannot grow ourselves, keeping our flowers connected to the place they came from. For us, the beauty is in knowing that a little part of the landscape can make its way into your celebration.

This is where the pieces begin to come together. We'll continue developing the floral plan alongside you and your planning team, refining the details as your celebration takes shape. For full-service weddings, mock-ups and venue visits can be incorporated when they're useful to the design. When the day arrives, we'll take care of the floral production, installation, and teardown so you can be present for the celebration itself.
Once you've decided to move forward, we'll secure your date with a signed contract and date reservation fee. We'll then begin developing your custom floral proposal, bringing together the creative direction, color palette, floral inspiration, and detailed pricing for your celebration.
Tell us a little about your celebration, your venue, your plans, and what you're imagining. We'll review your inquiry and, when we're a good fit, schedule a consultation call to talk through your vision, floral needs, and overall scope. From there, we'll provide an initial investment estimate.
Our process gives us time to understand what you're creating, develop the creative direction, and make thoughtful decisions along the way. For wedding clients, we work closely with your planning team so that the floral design feels beautifully integrated into the larger celebration.
The process
Absolutely. Mock-ups are complimentary for full-service events when they are helpful to the design process. For other projects, our proposals include detailed visual direction and digital mock-ups where appropriate, so you can understand how the floral design will come together before your event.
IV. Will you offer design mock ups?
We believe caring for the flowers also means caring for the land and the people behind them. Sustainability is then woven into the way we work, from the flowers we grow to what happens after an event is over. Whenever possible, we grow and source seasonal flowers locally, work with nearby farms and fellow growers, never use floral foam, compost our floral waste, and provide thoughtful compensation and a safe working environment for our growing team.
III. How do you practice sustainable floristry?
Our minimums allow us to take on projects where we can give the design, sourcing, production, and installation the level of attention they deserve. Because every celebration is different, we create personalized proposals based on the scale of your event, the venue, the season, the floral needs, and the overall creative scope. Full-service wedding floral design begins at $10,000, with most investments increasing from there depending on the scale and complexity of the work.
II. Why are there event minimums?
Full-service means we're involved in the floral experience from the initial creative direction through installation and teardown. Depending on the scope of your celebration, this can include ceremony installations, reception florals, tablescapes, personal flowers, candles, vessels, rentals, delivery, setup, teardown, and other floral details throughout the event. Rather than working from a fixed package, we create a floral plan around your celebration and the role you want flowers to play within it.
